MISF 2023 is dedicated to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics in congresses and business travel. We invite ESG business leaders (ESG managers, procurement officers) and representatives of the meeting industry from Poland and the Region.

Forum is going to gather a number of international experts and participants and all the panels are going to be conducted in English.

By filling in the application form you agree with the terms and conditions for Participating in Meeting Industry Sustainability Forum 2023 organized by Travel Bidder Sp. z o.o.

1. Admission ticket

1.800 PLN nett +23 % VAT (for companies registered in Poland) or 400 EUR gross (for companies registered outside Poland).
General admission ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.
900 PLN nett +23 % VAT (for companies registered in Poland) or 200 EUR gross (for companies registered outside Poland).
Partner member ticket applies to the members of our MISF 2023 Partners: PSML, PSPA, CMRT (SOIT, PIT, IGHP, RPSiW TUgether), Mazovia Convention Bureau, Polskie Stowarzyszenie ESG, Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu. Ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.
Partner admission ticket applies to appointed representatives of the management of our MISF 2023 Partners: PSML, PSPA, CMRT. Ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.
