Rules of participation

1. The Organizer provides participation in the event called Meeting Industry Sustainability Forum 2023,
2. The participants, unless otherwise stated in their participation ticket, take part in all day event, including Forum, Networking Coctail, MISF 2023 Evening & Networking Dinner.
3. The participants are entitled to all sessions: key-note speakers, panel discussions, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.
4. The cost of cancellation of participation will be charged 100% of the price of the admission ticket.
5. Cancellation of the event by Organizer:
   The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. The Organizer will propose another date for the event or return the payments to payers.
6. Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Travel Bidder websites, social media and in the press, Travel Bidder marketing materials, and other publications. By entering this event, you consent to the Travel Bidder Sp. z o.o. photographing and using your image and likeness.

1.800 PLN nett +23 % VAT (for companies registered in Poland) or 400 EUR gross (for companies registered outside Poland).

General admission ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.

900 PLN nett +23 % VAT (for companies registered in Poland) or 200 EUR gross (for companies registered outside Poland).

Partner member ticket applies to the members of our MISF 2023 Partners: PSML, PSPA, CMRT (SOIT, PIT, IGHP, RPSiW TUgether), Mazovia Convention Bureau, Polskie Stowarzyszenie ESG, Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu. Ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.

Partner admission ticket applies to appointed representatives of the management of our MISF 2023 Partners: PSML, PSPA, CMRT. Ticket includes all the panel sessions, coffee break, lunch, coctail networking session, MISF 2023 Evening and networking dinner.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by Travel Bidder Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Smyczkowa 12 lok. 31, 02-678 Warsaw, as the administrator of personal data, in order to implement the event. The legal basis for the Administrator processing your personal data for the purpose indicated above is consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 point a) of the GDPR). I know that I have the right to access my data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, right to object, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. I also know that I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection based in Warsaw - ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, when I believe that the processing of my personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016.
